H2 Hotel München Messe – Young, Dynamic, and Right at the Heart of IGCA 2026

 

For our guests who prefer more budget-friendly accommodation, we have selected the H2 Hotel. – a hotel that perfectly matches their profile: modern, vibrant, and budget-friendly.

The H2 Hotel is located directly next to the H4 Hotel München Messe, the official congress hotel. There are no physical barriers between the two buildings, allowing guests to move freely and easily board the buses departing from the front of the H4 Hotel.

With its fresh design, functional rooms (including four-bed options), free Wi-Fi, and the 24/7 H2 Hub, the hotel offers a relaxed and youthful atmosphere. Please note that, unlike the H4, the rooms in the H2 are not carpeted, which is a great advantage for allergy sufferers.

Getting to the Accommodation: H2 & H4 Hotel München Messe

By Car The H4 Hotel München Messe is easy and convenient to reach by car. Located directly on the A94 motorway, it is well connected to Munich’s major highways.

  • From Munich city centre (Marienplatz): Approx. 20 minutes (12 km). Follow the B2R eastbound, then take the A94 towards Passau. Exit at München-Riem, which leads directly to the hotel.

  • From Munich Airport (Franz-Josef-Strauß): Approx. 30 minutes (35 km). Take the A92 towards Munich, then switch to the A94 towards Passau. Exit at München-Riem and follow the signs to the hotel.

Parking The hotel offers paid parking on-site, including an underground garage for guests.

 

By Public Transport The H4 Hotel München Messe is also well connected to Munich’s public transport system. You can easily reach it from the central train station or the city centre.

  • U-Bahn (U2): From Munich Central Station, take the U2 line towards Messestadt Ost. Get off at Messestadt Ost. From there, it’s about a 10-minute walk to the hotel.

  • S-Bahn (S2 or S8): From Munich Central Station, take the S2 (towards Erding) or S8 (towards Leuchtenbergring). Change at Leuchtenbergring to the U2 towards Messestadt Ost.

  • From Munich Airport (Franz-Josef-Strauß): Take the S8 towards Leuchtenbergring. Change to the U2 line towards Messestadt Ost and ride to the Messestadt Ost station. From there, it’s just a short walk to the hotel.

 

 

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

The Pre-Tour does not start in Munich, but in Frankfurt am Main. It ends in Munich, where the congress takes place. If you are travelling by plane, we recommend that Pre-Tour participants arrive in Frankfurt and depart from Munich.

The Pre-Tour begins on August 13th at 8:00 AM in Frankfurt. Accommodation for the night of August 12th is included in the tour price, ensuring a smooth and relaxed start for all participants.
