Welcome to the registration for IGCA 2026!

The IGCA 2026 Congress will take place from Sunday, August 16 to Saturday, August 22 in Munich, Germany.

Your booking begins by selecting whether you would like to stay in a single room or a double room. Later on, you can choose between three exciting tour options. We provide more details about this in the section below.

We also invite you to register for our Pre-Tour, which begins on August 13 in Frankfurt am Main and concludes on August 16 in Munich, just in time for the congress!

If you plan to arrive in Munich a day early or stay an extra day after the congress, you can make the appropriate bookings right here on this page.

Choose your tour option

Option 1: Interactive Tour

This tour offers a guided experience where participants actively engage with the bus captain and with each other on a variety of topics. Delegates are encouraged to steer the conversation, share insights, and ask questions—all with the goal of gaining the maximum benefit from the tour.

Delegates are expected to participate in discussions, exchange information and ideas about their businesses, and conduct garden center reviews with constructive feedback to make the most of this experience.

The bus will host delegates from various countries, and all discussions will be held in English.

Option 2: Non-Interactive Tour

This tour offers a relaxed and informal experience, ideal for delegates who prefer to observe and enjoy the journey without structured discussions. There are no scheduled engagements or guided conversations on the bus, allowing participants to take in the visits at their own pace.

Delegates are welcome to connect with others casually during stops and meals, but active participation is not expected. The focus is on leisure, inspiration, and cultural exchange through the garden center visits.

The bus will host delegates from various countries, and all logistical information will be provided in English.

Option 3: Next Generation Study Tour

This tour is exclusively available to delegates aged 18 to 40. It is a learning experience designed to inspire the next generation in the garden retail industry and to foster new networks and global connections.

Active participation is essential.

The tour also includes a bonus activity on Sunday afternoon and a Business Forum discussion before the official opening of the congress on Sunday evening.

Get to know your peers by joining in and sharing information about your garden centre, work experiences, successes, challenges, and what you hope to learn during the congress—both during the forum and through active discussions on the bus throughout the tour.


 

Our registration page

Below you will find two booking sections. The upper section is for registering your participation in the congress in Munich. The lower section is designated for booking the Pre-tour. Only those who have registered for the congress are eligible to join the Pre-tour. Participation in the Pre-tour is limited to 50 people.

Among all registrations we receive for IGCA 2026 by 24 October 2025, we will raffle during the Gala Evening at the 2025 Congress two complimentary tickets for participation in the IGCA 2026 Pre-Tour, each valued at €1,599.
